Report a Privacy Incident

We want to work with you to resolve any complaint about our use of your personal data if you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data. You can make a complaint by contacting the Data Protection Officer, on dp_office@phchd.com. We have 90 days of time from the date of receipt to respond to you. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your complaint, you can then complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
